1940/1941 Willys Body Kits Include the Following:

  • Body:  2.5" Recessed Firewall
  • Inner and Outer Door Panels
  • Inner and Outer Decklid
  • Dashboard
  • Rear Fenders
  • Front End

All bodies are hand-laid fiberglass with a chop mat finish.  Bodies are gel coat black   Body is a durable street weight for those with street/strip intentions.  Complete body kits include externally (stock style) hinged doors and decklid to include all operating hardware and window regulators, windshield, side glass, and rear glass.

Body Panels fit steel bodies, body will not fit stock frame due to floor geometry modifications.

Unfinished Body Package, $6600

  • Body as molded, parts prepped for assembly

    Option:  Spray on, textured urethane coating to underside of body and wheel wells:   $375

 

Stage I Complete Body Package, starting at $11,900

  • Fitted and Externally Hinged Doors and Hinged Decklid
  • Steel Reinforced in Body
  • Underside of Body and Wheel Wells textured coated with thick urethane for a durable finish
  • Window Regulators and Latch Mechanisms Installed
  • Glass Installed (or sent seperately if desired)
  • Options include the following:
  •      Power Windows
  •      4 Point or 6 Point Rollbar
  •      Willys Headlights, Tailights, Grille, Side Trim
  •      Seats/Seat Belts
  •      Interior Package (Headliner, Door Panels, Trunk Panels, Carpet)
  •      Full list of options available upon request
 

Stage II Body and Frame Package starting at $15,900

Same Package as Stage 1 with the addition of a hand crafted frame (suspension brackets installed), options include:

  • All Options from Stage 1
  • Aluminum Radiator and Brackets
  • Aluminum Gasser Style Rear Bumper and Mounting Bracket
  • Brake Line Plumbing
  • Steering Column (straight, tilt, polished or painted)
  • Nostalgic Steering Wheel
 

Stage III Body and Rolling Chassis Package starting at $24,900

Same Package as Stage 2 with the addition of full gasser style suspension, standard on the chassis are the following:

  • Vega Steering Box, Pitman Arm, Tie Rod/Drag Link, Steering Arms
  • Front Parallel Leaf Springs
  • Straight Axle (0 in., 4 in., or 6 in. drop)
  • Front Spindles and Disc Brakes
  • Front Shocks and Rear Coil Over Shocks
  • Rear Ladder Bars (42 inch) and Panhard Bar
  • Gasser Style Kidney Wheels (15 x 10 Rear, 15 x 4 Front)
  • Mickey Thompson ET Street Slicks (31 x 14.5 x 15) DOT approved
  • Ford 9 in. Rear End with 31 spline axles and Panhard Bar
  • Rear Drum Brakes (can upgrade to disc brakes)

Options include:

  • All Stage I and Stage II options
  • Chrome front axle, ladder bars, front springs, and front shocks
  • Fully Plumbed Brakes with Master Cylinder and Brake Pedal

 Stage IV Pro Street Body and Rolling Chassis Package starting at $20,500

 Typical hot rod chassis suspension with the following as standard options, all options listed in Stage I - Stage III are options available on the Stage IV package:

  • Mustang II Front Suspension
  • Rack Style Steering
  • Tubbed Rear Wheel Wells
  • Rear Disc Brakes
